How to Add a ClickBank Hoplink to Your Blog

ClickBank is an affiliate program that allows you to make money by promoting thousands of available products and services. If you'd like to add a ClickBank link to your blog, follow these simple steps.

Steps:

1. Step 1

   Sign up to be a ClickBank affiliate. Simply go to www.clickbank.com and follow the sign-up instructions.

2. Step 2

   Select a product. Go to the 'Promote Products' tab and select 'Marketplace'. Select a category and type in a few keywords. You will receive a list of products related to your search. You can 'view pitch page' to see what each product is all about.

3. Step 3

   Create a hoplink. Once you select your product, select 'create a hoplink', type in your ClickBank nickname and select 'create'. Copy the created hoplink to get ready to paste it onto your blog.

4. Step 4

   Paste the hoplink onto your blog. On your blog layout, paste your hoplink into a HTML/Javascript gadget. Modify the hoplink text where it says 'Click Here' so that it includes the product name, for example if the product is a book called 'Organize Your Home', change the text to: 'Organize Your Home, click here'. You might have to play around with the wording to suit your taste.

5. Step 5

   Consider using a picture. If the product you selected from ClickBank has a picture, right click on the picture and save the picture to your PC. Cut and paste the hoplink as you did in Steps 3 and 4 but paste it into a picture gadget (you will have to edit the hoplink text to only include the http:// portion) in the 'Link' area. Add the picture image from your pc to the 'Image' area. In the 'caption' area type 'Click to Order'.
